faq

The Dig is based on 5 core principles:
● Thoughts, beliefs, and feelings aren’t facts.
● It’s not just what happens to you that causes suffering and chaos in your life; it’s what you say about it.
● You always have the power to choose how you respond to life.
● You do not need to live life in fear.
● It is possible to live a life full of freedom, peace, and joy.

Using these 5 principles, The Dig helps you change your thinking and behavior in order to create a life you love.

Unlike traditional therapy, The Dig empowers you with tools and habits that will benefit you for the rest of your life. The Dig can also set you on a path that allows you to help others, whether in personal or professional settings.

The principles of The Dig can be used alongside traditional therapy methods, mental health exercises, and spiritual practices. Many people have expressed that The Dig was the “missing link” in their healing and happiness journeys.

No. The Dig training will teach you the Dig Model, which you can use in your personal life. However, many people find that once they complete this training, they have a desire to share it with others. Becoming a Dig Specialist gives you official certification to coach others.

The Dig training is a 6-month program. During this time, you will experience The Dig in a number of ways, including 4 days of intensive training with Jennifer (in person and/or virtual), lessons, group sessions, 1-on-1 coaching, and hands-on practice.

Jennifer Nielson experienced trauma and abuse throughout her childhood. After hitting rock bottom in adulthood, she set out on a years-long journey of hope and healing. Not only did she help put her perpetrator in prison for over 400 years, but she also gained an abundance of knowledge and wisdom about healing from trauma, exercising your power to choose, and breaking free from shame and struggle.

The result is The Dig—a carefully formulated and refined model that helps anyone who feels broken, hopeless, stuck, worthless, or powerless to start living a life full of emotional resilience, independence, fulfillment, and joy.
